You MUST park only in your assigned space and your vehicle must remain fully within the marked lines

NO modifications (e.g. shelving, storage units) are allowed in your car space without Body Corporate written approval

You CANNOT enclose your car space – this is prohibited by law due to fire safety, airflow and pest control requirements

You are responsible for keeping your car space clean, including removing oil stains

Vehicles parked illegally may be towed without notice at the owner’s expense

Overnight visitors must be registered with the Building Manager
