Responsibilities of the Building Manager

Managing the common property on behalf of the Body Corporate

Ensuring compliance with the BY-LAWS by owners and occupiers and their visitors

Supervising Body Corporate engaged contractors selected to carry out various maintenance services
-
Overseeing cleaning, landscaping and servicing of mechanical equipment
-
Assisting if you have locked yourself out (fees apply for out of hours callout)
BODY CORPORATE COMMITTEE
The Body Corporate Committee are a volunteer group of 7 lot owners elected annually (at the August Annual General Meeting) by the owners of the Lots in the building. The committee consists of:

Responsibilities of the Body Corporate Committee

Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the building

Making decisions related to preserving our building’s structure and facilities on behalf of all lot owners
-
Ensuring the most beneficial long-term outcomes for owners within the MTV community title scheme
BODY CORPORATE MANAGER
Whilst the Building Manager and Body Corporate Committee are responsible for the day-to-day running of the community title scheme, the Body Corporate Manager works closely with them to preserve our building facilities, manage its finances and ensure the Committee operates to represent the Lot Owners' interest.
