We’re thrilled to have you join our community. If you need help or have questions, please reach out at any time to our Building Manager.

We know moving in comes with lots of questions – we’re here to help you settle in smoothly. This guide, along with our Building Management Platform MYBOS, gives you everything you need to become part of our vibrant community.

Useful INFORMATION

for moving into your new home

Moving day guidelines

Moving hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
NO moves allowed on weekends or public holidays
Book a lift lock-off and protective gear with the Building Manager
All deliveries and removals MUST use the visitor car park entrance
Please protect our marble floors – do NOT use the main entrance for heavy items
Use Lift No.1 (nearest the ground floor foyer counter)
Lift No. 1 has a sliding roof panel for taller items – please return it to its original position after use
Protective coverings and carpet are available for your use (stored in the left rear cupboard beside the foyer counter)
Protective coverings and carpet MUST be installed during your move and removed at the completion of your move (if your move takes longer than one day, then the protective coverings and carpet MUST be cleared each day)

Electricity supply

Macleay Tower & Villas has a bulk electricity agreement managed by RMS Energy Management, offering competitive rates.

MOVING IN:

Complete the RMS MOVE-IN Form available in MYBOS
Eligible residents (QLD Seniors or Pension Card holders) may apply for a government rebate – submit the Electricity Rebate Form (available in MYBOS) to info@rmsenergy.com.au

MOVING OUT:

Complete the RMS MOVE-OUT Form available in MYBOS
