Building security & safety is a shared responsibility!
Living in a secure high-rise community is one of the key benefits of Macleay Tower & Villas. Access is managed via an electronic fob system, which allows residents entry only to their designated floor level and shared areas.
The Building Manager oversees all security matters, including move-ins/outs and fob management.
After-hours security patrols (Wilson Security (NOC) operate nightly from 6pm to 6am across the Dockside precinct.
Please follow these guidelines and tips

NEVER let strangers in – visitors must contact the resident they are visiting to gain access

DO NOT let unknown individuals into the foyer or basement garage unless you are confident they belong

Always close doors and car park basement gates and doors securely behind you

Pause briefly after entering the basement garage to ensure no one is tailgating on foot

Always lock your car and keep valuables out of sight
